A technical winter bib for fast-paced training and racing. The Mechanism Deep Winter Bib combines light and advanced membrane fabrics for protection from wind and water and adds a brushed fleece backing with a grid structure for extra insulation and warmth. Pair the bibs with leg warmers in training or use them for early-season racing.
The Mechanism Deep Winter Bibs feature soft elastic straps and a mesh back panel, creating the best possible conditions for your base layer and outer layers to work with you. For autumn/winter 2023 we have updated the fabric, using the more stretchable Windtex Pro Membrane to create the protective features.
- The bibs are optimised for rides between 0-15 degrees celcius. An ideal choice for rides or races in cold to mild temperatures. Pair them with leg warmers, when the temperature drops.
- The bibs can be used for both low intensity and high intensity rides. Use them on chilly training rides in between seasons or use them in CX/gravel races during the winter season.
- The bibs combines light and advanced 2 and 3-Layer Schoeller fabrics for both protection and insulation.
- The bibs are made to protect to you from the elements and keep you warm. This compromises breathability properties slightly. However, perspiration is still allowed in order to get rid of excess heat.
- Without adding bulk, the extra layers of fabric gives your muscles protection from the wind.
- The bibs are water protected in key areas and will keep you protected from light showers.
