C30 Energy Gels are widely regarded as the next generation of energy gels.
With a 2:1 carbohydrate blend of maltodextrin and fructose, they provide 30g of rapidly absorbed carbohydrate with an exceptionally low risk of gastrointestinal discomfort.
Neversecond C30 Energy Gel is more fluid than conventional sports gels and can be taken with or without water.
- The carbohydrate mixture of maltodextrin and fructose in a ratio of 2:1 provides 30 grams of quickly absorbed energy.
- Thin liquid consistency. Easy to consume with or without water.
- 200 mg sodium per gel for improved fluid absorption, can prevent cramps and reduce the urge to urinate during exercise.

- If you plan to exercise for approx. 2.5 hours or more, take 1-3 gels per hour, depending on the duration and intensity. Take the last gel around 45 minutes before the end of your workout.
