Drink Mix 320

The world's most carbohydrate-rich sports drink. Used by the best cyclists, triathletes and runners in the world. Contains 80 g carbohydrates per serving (500 ml). Can be drunk before, during and/or after exercise.

FUNCTION: Drink Mix 320 is a drink with hydrogel technology*. Mixing it with water produces a sports drink with a high concentration of maltodextrin and fructose. As soon as the drink comes into contact with stomach acid, it turns into a hydrogel. The pH-sensitive hydrogel allows the drink to be transported smoothly and quickly to the intestine, where water, salt and carbohydrates are quickly absorbed.

ENERGY CONTENT: Various studies have shown that our body can process up to 90 grams of carbohydrates per hour. One packet of Drink Mix 320 contains 80 grams of carbohydrates mixed with 500 ml of water.

INSTRUCTIONS: Mix the contents of one sachet with 500 ml of water and shake the bottle until the powder is completely dissolved. For the correct functioning of the hydrogel, the mixing ratio must be followed exactly. Similarly, the calcium content of the water should be less than 40mg/L. Higher concentrations of calcium may affect the dissolution of the product. The Drink Mixes can be drunk before, during and/or after exercise.
